Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are typically sent out within 3 business days. If certain circumstances cause me to be away from the house for extended periods of time I will either send out an email letting you know or have a notice on the site ahead of time like if I take any time off.

Shipping usually takes 4-7 business days within the U.S. and several weeks internationally.

Of course! Just keep in mind that my regular stamp shipping is way cheaper than tracked delivery. I'd go with that unless you're placing a big order or you are really time sensitive or are particularly concerned about the package getting lost. If you do want tracking, the cost depends on your location.

We generally don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we're happy to help! Just reach out with your order number and some details about the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right.

A Grade: Near-perfect quality with only microscopic imperfections that require close inspection to notice. Pin backs are not graded unless severely damaged or missing.

B Grade (Seconds): Excellent overall quality that don't compromise the design's appearance but have some small imperfections such as: 

  • Light metal oxidation or small scratches
  • Minor air bubbles or underfilled enamel spots
  • Small staining or missing enamel in non-critical areas
  • Slight color variations in small areas
